Session Rates
$150 USD — 60-minute session (Texas & Tennessee)
$200 CAD — 60-minute session (Ontario)
$285 CAD — 90-minute session (Ontario)

Insurance & Reimbursement
I strive to make therapy and counseling services as accessible and affordable as possible.
Ontario
Clients in Ontario will receive receipts that may be submitted to extended health benefits or employee assistance programs (EAPs) for reimbursement, depending on your individual coverage.
Texas & Tennessee
I currently offer online therapy and counseling services for clients in Texas and Tennessee through both private pay and select insurance plans via Headway.
I am currently in-network with several insurance providers, including:
- Aetna
- Cigna
- Carelon Behavioral Health
- Quest Behavioral Health
- Ascension SmartHealth
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas (Texas only)
I am also currently in the credentialing process with additional Optum-affiliated plans, including:
- UnitedHealthcare
- Oscar
- Oxford
Coverage and eligibility vary by plan and state. Insurance benefits can be verified prior to your first appointment.
If I am not currently in-network with your insurance provider, I can also provide a detailed invoice (“superbill”) that you may submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
I welcome clients seeking support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, trauma, life transitions, and adolescent or family-related concerns through secure online telehealth sessions.
Payment & Cancellation
I accept all major credit cards for sessions.
Texas (in-person sessions): Checks and cash are also accepted.
Ontario (online clients): E-transfer is available in addition to credit cards.
Life happens, and sometimes schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less notice may be charged the full session fee.
This policy helps me hold your spot and respect time set aside for you.
