My Approach
My approach is compassionate psychotherapy — because healing starts with understanding, and that’s how we move forward.
Every person’s situation is unique. I use an integrative and client-centered approach that combines:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for practical tools and coping skills
Psychodynamic Therapy to uncover deeper patterns and emotional roots
Attachment-Based Therapy to support trust and healing in relationships
Psychoeducation to empower clients with knowledge and understanding
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and guided, while also developing long-term strategies for resilience and growth.
Special Focus
Trauma and abuse recovery
Anxiety and depression management
ADHD and autism spectrum support (teens & adults)
Family and parenting challenges
Life transitions and identity development
Beyond my clinical training, I’ve been married for over 15 years and am a parent of three children, along with our family dog. Having grown up internationally in Indonesia and Africa, and later lived in both the U.S. and Canada before returning to Texas, I bring a unique perspective to my work. These experiences help me connect with families navigating major life transitions, whether moving across borders or adjusting to new communities, while supporting the everyday joys and challenges of family life.
